Introducing Bundles V2 — A Smarter Way to Sell (and Use) Your Sessions

Bundles just got a major glow-up.

You can now sell a bundle that customers can use across multiple listings and booking types (Workshops, Termly sessions, Appointments, etc).
Old bundles still work, new bundles get a shiny management page, and this update sets the stage for something big — subscriptions.

Big news, partners: Bundles V2 is officially live!

After months of planning, testing, tweaking, breaking (and un-breaking) things behind the scenes, we’re finally rolling out the next generation of Bundles to all accounts.

This is a big one — not just because it makes bundles more flexible, but because it sets the stage for what’s coming next

So… what changed?

In the old system, a bundle and a booking were basically one and the same. Cute idea in theory — chaos in practice. It made things messy, confusing, and harder to manage.

Bundles V2 fixes that.

Now, bundles and bookings are two separate things:

• You sell a bundle
• Your customer uses that bundle to make multiple bookings

That means one bundle can now be used across multiple listings, locations, and booking types — whether that’s Workshops, Termly sessions, Appointments, or whatever magical experiences you offer.

More flexibility, less friction.

What this means for you

You can now consolidate multiple bundle templates into one (or fewer).
Make your offers simpler, cleaner, and smarter — just the way your business deserves.

• Books across multiple listings
• And fewer headaches...

A few things to keep in mind

We like to keep it real, so here’s what you should know:

• Old bundles: Still work exactly as before. We’re not migrating existing purchases — your current customers with the old bundles will continue to work as it was previous.
• New bundles: Come with a brand-new customer management page (just for bundles). Don’t worry — booking cancellations and reschedules still follow your own T&Cs.
• Locked conditions: Once a customer buys a bundle, those rules are set. If you add new listings later, they won’t automatically get access to them.
• Bundles Refunds: Temporarily unavailable in the dashboard, but coming back tomorrow ( talk about putting developer pressure :D)
