Third-Party Integrations
We’ve introduced a new Third-Party Integrations feature, allowing you to connect Baluu with external tools like Google Calendar, Twilio, SendGrid, and more. You can explore all available integrations here: Integrations Page.
For example, setting up a Google Calendar integration looks like this:
This new feature is the foundation for future integrations with other platforms, such as Xero, Airtable, and more as we continue expanding.
Feedback Needed:
We’d love to hear your thoughts as we refine this feature! Some questions we’re considering:
- Should integrations apply at the business level or be managed per user/tutor?
- Which event types would be most useful to integrate (e.g., reminder emails, post-event reviews)?
Your feedback will help us align this feature with your needs—please share your ideas!
Improvements
- Customer Actions Restored: The actions menu is now back on the customer page, making it easier to manage directly from there.
- Gift Card & Discount Code Input Visibility: We’ve enhanced the visibility of the input field for gift cards and discount codes during checkout.
- On the Gifcard page now you can edit the recipient email and change the expire date of your customers giftcards.
- New Gift Card & Discount Code Tutorial: A new tutorial is available to help customers redeem gift cards and discount codes during checkout.
- Stripe Payouts Reworked: Our Stripe payout connections have been revamped, ensuring your payout values reflect more accurately.
