Changelog for December 2024 Update

As we shared in our recent announcement regarding the legal transaction, we are also focused on strengthening our business relationships with you—our valued clients. I truly believe that openness and accessible communication channels are essential for achieving this goal.

To that end, we are making some exciting changes:

Transparency in Development: We will regularly share updates about our software improvements here, so you can stay informed about what we’re working on.

Feature Requests: We’re open to hearing your ideas! Let us know what features would make your experience better.

Enhanced Support: We’re expanding our customer support team to accommodate more demo and support calls. This will help us better understand your needs and challenges.

Now, onto this week’s changelog updates:

Changelog: Week of 8 Dec 2024

Bug Fix: Resolved an issue that occasionally caused booking and gift card confirmation emails not to be delivered.

Gift Card Improvements: Partners can now resend gift card emails to both recipients and buyers. Also you can edit recipient email if you need to.

New Feature in Progress: We’ve started developing a feature that allows partners to be CC’d on emails we send to customers.

Database Upgrade: Successfully split our database, including resources from Obby, for improved performance and scalability.
