🛠 Changelog Update

As part of our continued effort to upgrade our frontend stack, we’ve rolled out several UX improvements and new features. Here’s a summary of what’s new:


✨ New Features & UX Enhancements

We’ve introduced two new button types—**Email **and Phone links. Clicking them will now trigger the appropriate action (e.g., open email client or initiate a call).

**📝 Text Editor Overhaul **

Our text editor received a significant upgrade. It now includes:

  • Undo/Redo
  • Syntax highlighting for code blocks
  • Text selection improvements
  • Support for image and file uploads (coming soon)

🔍 New Search Bar & Search Page

We’ve added a global search box to help partners easily find bookings, customer names, reviews, and more.

Additionally, we introduced a new /search page that displays all results for a query.

👥 Customers Page Revamp

We’ve redesigned the Customers page to match our updated UX and added support for:

  • Multiple filters
  • (Coming soon) Tags system

🔄 Rescheduling Bookings Across Listings

You can now reschedule a booking across different listings/events, one of our most requested features.


📅 Timetable Enhancements

  • Manage Attendees redesigned for better UX

  • Time Range Picker added to make it easier to find a specific time without needing to scroll through week/month views.


🧩 Widgets & Iframes Update

We've updated how we handle iframes in widget embed modes. We now dynamically calculate widget height, so please remove any fixed height definitions from your embedded widgets.

📆 Appointment Booking Improvements

  • You can now set a maximum time window for customers to book an appointment.

  • New logic to allow sessions to be deleted or cancelled at any stage


🌍 Location & Geo Data Enforcement

We now require all locations to generate geo-coordinates to prevent broken emails and ensure proper communication with users.


📋 Customer Info Collection: New Field Types

We’ve added the following field types to collect better customer information:

  • Boolean (Yes/No)
  • Date Input (ideal for birthdays and date-based questions)
  • Notes (non-interactive info for display only)

👤 Customer Detail View UX Update

We’ve redesigned the customer detail view to be more user-friendly and reinstated the session list.


👥 Improved Experience for Adding External Attendees

Adding external attendees is now smoother and more intuitive.


🧭 Navigation Rename

To reduce confusion, we’ve renamed "Admin" to "Business" in the navigation bar.


⚠️ Progressive Rollout Notice

Some parts of the app may still use the old table design while others use the new layout. This is intentional to ensure we minimise unexpected bugs. We appreciate your patience with any temporary inconsistencies.
