How Volume Caps Work
With subscription plans, you get the discounted commission rate for a set number of bookings each billing cycle. If you exceed that cap, additional bookings simply revert to the Standard 3% rate.
Example: On the Growth Plan, your first 150 paid bookings are charged at 2.5%. Your 151st booking (and beyond) will be charged at the Standard 3% rate.
Free bookings (£0 price) do not count towards your monthly cap — your cap is reserved strictly for paid bookings.
Why commission instead of just a flat fee?
We take a small commission on successful transactions because every booking incurs ongoing processing and server costs on our end. The alternative would be to limit your access to features or cap the number of bookings you can receive—which we don't want to do! Our goal is to give you the tools to grow without restrictions.
