It’s been an exciting month filled with major improvements and new features. Our commitment to upgrading our tech stack is already paving the way for future innovations like our upcoming mobile app and a faster, more responsive dashboard. Below is a summary of the enhancements and fixes we’ve delivered this February.
Changes

Gift cards can now be refunded (including partial refunds) – available with a standard Stripe account.

Partners can now choose between using the Baluu embedded payment form or the Stripe-hosted page.

Added the ability to delete discounts..

Introduce a customer booking details feature that allows partners to cancel an individual session within a bundle without cancelling the entire bundle.

Allow partners to modify a gift card's details, including changing the recipient's email, adjusting the total amount, updating the amount used, changing the expiry date, and enabling or disabling the gift card.

Allow manual addition of customers.

Introduce the additional guest feature for regular, appointment, and external guests.

Ensure the remove guest feature functions for appointment bookings.

Allow the VAT invoices to be toggled, regardless of whether the order has been paid.

Enable updates to the start time and duration for online sessions.

We have initiated work on iCal (the international calendar format) to enable the export of session availability from our system to other calendars, such as Airbnb and Google Calendar.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue with checkout when the customer form was enabled but without questions
- Fixed an issue when selecting specific listings to get a review
- Fixed an issue when refunding was causing the error message with the reversal
- Allow the class notes to be send for online appointments and bookings
- Fixed the wording the bundle expire date
- Made some visual improvements to dispatch center
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't get a free bundle using an discount
