• Use our user roles feature to create and manage your team. You can invite your team members to join Baluu via email and assign them different roles and permissions.
• You can create admins who can add and assign dates and times, manage customers directly, cancel and reschedule sessions, or edit your website integration. Admins have full access and control over your Baluu account and services.
• You can also create tutors who can only see the sessions assigned to them and have more limited control. Tutors can view their bookings, revenue, and attendance. They can also send automated emails and SMS messages to their customers to confirm their sessions, thank them for their purchase, or ask them for feedback.
• You can manage your team easily from your Baluu dashboard. You can see your team members' profiles, roles, and permissions. You can also edit or remove them as needed.
